What if my card is refused?
Cards are not refused by Catch but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.
Can I have a receipt?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your screen after you make the payment. This will display your unique transaction number. You will also receive an email confirming the payment has been successful.
I’ve paid the wrong amount – can I have a refund?

If Catch has to cancel the contract for reasons beyond their control, (death, injury, sickness etc.) their liability shall be limited to a refund of all monies paid.
After a period of 14 days from the date of signing the contract, as compensation for loss of income for Catch, the following charges apply as a percentage of the total fee due:
Number of days before the Wedding: 60 days or less 100%, 61 - 90 days 75%, 91 - 120 days 50%
Should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement, then, subject to Catch being available, all money paid may be applied to the new wedding. In this case, the total fees chargeable will be the fees, which apply at that time.
In the event of Catch taking another wedding booking for your cancelled or postponed date a full unconditional refund of your deposit and any other payments will be made.
